During a parade my son was yanked by a character and attempted to be thrown into a "garbage can" He is 13 and was in tears because it hurt as you can see in the pics. My sister caught it on video and there was definitely unnecessary roughness, no character (employee) should put their hands on any child. This made the rest of the day unpleasant for him and the rest of our family. A park manager should have come up and spoke with us reassuring this will be taken care of but did not!!!
