Their site is not secure!

Their site is not secure! Somehow they lost my personal info, and a stranger started using my credit card info! They lost my personal information!

Poor service

When I arrived from Antalya, I didn't get a suitcase in Brisbane. Missing... Not flying... No message. All night, with a crying baby on my hands, I filled out an application for lack of luggage. No calls from Smartlynx about the current situation in the coming days. It is good that the responsive staff at Melbourne Airport and by calling them, I received some info about the current situation. I got a suitcase a week later, but it was taken out; mothers were transferred, checked out... well, not stolen... To this day, I have not received an apology "for the inconvenience". Great company, so keep going!
