None delivery of flowers. I have to give credit when credit is due . Prestige flowers emailed me to check the issue and resolve it immediately and doubled checked l was happy with the result. The flowers were delivered and everyone was happy in the end. The issue was with the courier, not the flowers. Delighted with the customer service in the end.
