I'm very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The salesman was pleasant, respectful, very knowledgeable and informative. The installers were cordial and worked diligently to complete the job. After completion the tutorial/demonstration was simple. The cleanup was well taken care of. Your incentive for the purchasers to recruit other potential buyers is ingenious. Last but not least I'm enjoying my windows.
