Info on how to replace Bulb on Duracell 700 Flashlight

As two from 4 of the Duracell 700 became faulty, I requested to pay the difference and be sent the Duracell 1300, which appears to be more reliable. The person at Warranties informed me that was not possible. User's recommendation: The Duracell Flashlight is strong and durable, but get the 1300 and not the 700, as that model hs issues.
