I went in to be hooked up. Within 5 minutes I had been infiltrated at least 3 times in those 5 minutes.. I refused further treatment that day.. Went back my next scheduled day with what looked like a tennis ball size blob under my skin.. I just wanted to show them and tried to explain my arm to half way up my elbow was very sore. I did not want to get hooked up. The Dr. came by basically said nothing was wrong and as he walked away He said " I don't have time for this" I went home. Came back for my next scheduled hookup and low and behold I was infiltrated again. This time I had to yell for help to get attention of tech. It was like my fistula was clamped at the elbow and it just started filling with blood.....mtn home Ark. This facility wants one thing, You in the chair and money, regardless of the problem... I think there mission statement is We will stick ya until we get it right..
