1st. Every single phone number they provide, regardless of the department you are trying to reach, goes to the exact same automated operator that doesn't provide any assistance at all. The automatic system doesn't offer any options that provide useable information. 2nd. Referring to it as "customer service", is to use that title as loosely as possible! They offer no after hours live support options including a live chat. What about those of us who work night shift? improvement! seeing any im User's recommendation: Keep this thread going! It's the only chance we have of seeing any improvement! seeing any improvement!
