Infallible 24H fresh wear/unattended customer service

Date : 29/7/2021 Case no : CA210729063 I'm Alia, recently I bought 2 bottles loreal infallible fresh wear foundation. However after I try to pump the liquid out, I noticed the pump is malfunctioning. Already call customer service and email to Loreal Malaysia but still get no feedback from their side. send another email on 4/8/2021 but still no feedback up till now Kindly assist on this issue
