Wow. I learned Tucson water is outsourcing there billing department to somewhere in Phoenix. There they are allowed to alter your billing address which means you do not get bills and they just turn off your water without written notice. Not a sticker on the door no note in the mailbox nothing. I think they are required by law to notify you. They have the service address but choose not to use it? That's just crazy. This can't just be happening to me. Very nice people who do nothing. I've called 6 times in 4 hours without a call back. No customer service here.
