Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2012 When I first met my stylist (who i would later find out was the "inventor and owner") she had a really smart mouth and "know-it-all" attitude. I actually chose to not talk as much as I normally do because she would always have something smart to say. Not very friendly at all. Later that day... only a couple of hours... i decided i wanted this weave thinned out a bit...because she didnt cut it at all. I left a message for my stylist and she NEVER returned my call. Later, someone that works in her shop informed me that she said; ' I aint calling her back. She shouldve said that while she was here. She done got somewhere and somebody done told her they didnt like her hair. No. I aint calling her back.' She obviously doesnt care about costumer service. i made an appointement with my local stylist (drove 1 hour and a half to get my weave done on that saturday) for that following tuesday and had her thin my hair and take down some of the color from the weave that i DID NOT ask for. There is an additonal twenty dollar charge for a sold color head of hair. My stylist also tightened up tracks in the top of my head. The procedure did take forty five minutes.... but i would rather sit a whole hour and a half then to waste my gas, time and MORE money to get this mess again. The weave that they supply is terrible. They claim it INDIAN REMY but this is something else. its heavy, thick and dry and it sheds something awful. also it barely moves. Dont be fooled. - Sincerly, @superbadd_10
