i contacted India post customer care executive on phone. He is helpless in getting the patcel released from customer care. He advice to wait.... There is no control over the custom official by thre ministery of finance and commerce.This parcel has come by Royal Mail uk and indian partner Indis Post. DHL is getting the parcrl cleared on same day. India post tskr months. User's recommendation: Dont use india post. DHL is the best.
