Platte Valley Sanitation in Kansas City North, must have either had a price increase or decided to take more from my bank account. I'm on auto debit with them and they were charging a set price and suddenly began charging more. I asked them to pay the nsf fee but they declined. They must have some shady billing practice too since I found out someone else is getting the same price I was without auto debit. They didn't mail out any letter or bill indicating a price increase. The representative didn't take any responsibility for the situation.
