original mortgage issued by another company . . . trust name was correct. PHH bought the mortgage Feb 2020. . . trust name changed. 3 phone calls to customer service Mar - Apr 2020 . . "report in process" . . trust name not corrected. PHH Mortgage Number: [protected] Trust name should be: see attachments 1) house earthquake insurance bill 2) PHH bill 3) house hazard insurance bill
