Incorrect order 3x with no refund

Third time in a row the delivery person forgot at least half of the order and I have yet to get the refund. Its too late to get the reminder of the food and man he left practically everything behind that we ordered. Whats going on with the people in this area? I am not joking when I say 3 times in a row. I need someone to make this right and make sure it doesnt happen again. Please! User's recommendation: I actually might consider using another service or App. It’s happening all of the time now.
