Incorrect charges to my account for the wrong items and very poor customer service.

I placed and order (#93067****) on 4/10 and received confirmation the item shipped 4/12/19. The confirmation shows that I'm to receive the item in "Black", but I ordered it in "White". My account was charged $51.36 on 4/15. I immediately called and spoke to "Loyd" who assured me that I would be able to return the item and he would give me a credit of $5.00 for the shipping and he would send the "white" as I had ordered and that when I rec'd the "black" to send it back. As of 4/18, I have not received any item, however, in checking my account I saw that on 4/15 two charges came thru on my account in the amount of $51.36/each. Today (4/18) I checked my account again and on 4/17 there was an additional charge of $51.36 and I still haven't received the first item in "black" to be able to return it. Now as I see it there should only be 2 charges on my account (one for the 4/15 shipment assuming it's the "black" and one for the 4/17 assuming it's the corrected "white" one). What's the third charge for??? I HOPE I'M NOT CHARGED FOR ALL THIS SHIPPING/HANDLING AND TAXES WHEN I RETURN THESE SHIPMENTS. Your Customer Service SUCKS AND THAT'S THE LAST TIME I ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOUR CATALOG.
