In 2019 I had mistakenly overpaid by 750 dollars, no big deal right? Wrong, The manager at your location in Grove City left and this started my major issues. The new person outright refused to refund me and I just decided to move on as a hard lesson learned. I now, in 2021 am getting a bill of 782.55, oh and you guessed itmy 750 credit NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I am absolutely appalled at your business and have all the back up I need. Including the dispute I had to make with my dental insurance as your company tried to double bill my insurance. User's recommendation: Avoid.
