Inconsistent and lacking in Customer service!

This New Year’s Eve, I was very sick and I am pregnant so I wanted to get seen in by an after hours physician for advice. The office hours online said open. The person in the office picked up and said sorry we’re closed today come another day. When I went Wednesday night I reached at 9:40 PM and they had already closed office. office was supposed to be open till 10 PM. HORRIBLE!
