The Utah Sears/Tranform Home office is has not repsonded to email or phone calls. One of the Product team members tried to get me to sign documentation that my window project was complete, when it is not. It is written on the documentation in multiple places that this is illegal. I was told in April that the remaining work would be done in a month or so....here we are, mid July, and I have received 0 correspondence. User's recommendation: Do not use Transform Home Services to Update Windows.
