I placed an order for the 32 oz shampoo and 32 oz conditioner at $39.00 for each bottle. I received the conditioner but no shampoo. I have sent 3 emails and several phone calls with the answer being no one available to take my call. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I may have to call my credit card company and tell them product not received and deduct amount from payment sent. What else can I do? User's recommendation: Their customer service sucks. They are impossible to get ahold of. I will never do business with them again.
