Incompetent Staff

Original review updated by user Dec 07, 2020 The doctors are great, it's the staff that surrounds them that is incompetent. My first problem was with the assistant to Dr. Cannon who wrote in the wrong body part for an MRI. I had to drive to the Sugarland location from Spring twice instead of once. I can handle one mistake, however, a year or so later with Dr. Shatby, it was another problem. Five weeks after giving them my signed medical release to retrieve medical records from a past foot doctor, the instructions were not followed and those medical records had not been requested. I waited two hours and spoke with numerous staff members and never saw the doctor. I will never go back there as I'm scared for my medical safety with their lack of medical competence. I contacted the CEO and she NEVER responded. I will have to assume she could care less about understanding what transpired and how to stop this from happening to another patient. I decided to give them another shot as this place is closer to my home and smaller than the medical center. We are in the time of COVID and I wanted to engage with less people at my doctor's appointment. User's recommendation: I cannot recommend this place.
