Incompetent service people

We had a broken spring in our LazyBoy recliner and had a service person repair it. The repair was okay until the serviceman was leaving. He said we needed another person out to fix the swing mechanism. We had a second man out who was unable to get to the swing mechanism to fix it. He appeared to beThe sales incompetent. He left and later called us and set up a second appointment to fix it claiming he could fix the part. A second time he was unable to fix the part. At that point we determined the first repairman gave us bad information and there was no bad part that needed repair. User's recommendation: The sales person was very good, but we would prefer if anything ws the matter we would buy another chair preferably than having somebody to the house who was unable to fix it.
