Incompetent location manager
I have emailed for cancellation my location manager on April 12 receive no response I was requesting the cancellation in my first month so I didnt get that yearly charge because my employer pays for a gym membership closer to my home as to why I was canceling I waited patiently about a week then called the location left two messages got no response and the membership is still not canceled I escalated the matter online and was advised the location Manager needed to cancel the membership For some reason he is incompetent and unable to handle canceling the membership and I have now been charged the yearly fee along with another month and I expect my membership to be canceled and the fee be refunded feedremote refunded this is ridiculous User's recommendation: Won’t be recommending.
