Incompatible printer ink cartridges

I have not yet received a refund for the NONfunctional inks I returned on July 27th (it is now August 11th, so almost two weeks ago). No one can tell me if it has been received, because it "might be in the warehouse, but we can't track it". This is because ClickInks uses an ANTIQUATED system of "postage due" return mailing postage that CANNOT be tracked by anyone - them or me. Any other company to which I have had to return merchandise in the last decade uses pre-paid first class US postage the provides a tracking number. I will not be satisfied until I receive a full refund for all the ink cartridges I returned.
