I stayed at a regular room that cost $121 and was told that there would be a $50 incidental charge on my card, but they took $250 out of my card and was told that the charges would be returned! These excessive incidental charges caused me yo go negative on my bank account and when I called the hotel they did NOT care about my situation. Why would you say $50 were for incidentals and you take out $250!!!
