Order placed 29/01/21 - 6 items (one not in stock) 700240****25 Incident : Bar Code 855888****124333 No: 210209 - ****27 on 09/02/21 Package arrived damaged containing an empty soap box - clearly opened with the soap missing. Fortunately!! I was at the door when the delivery man arrived who took a photo of the damaged package. A very polite man he was adamant I had to take the empty parcel and it was nothing to do with him, he knows nothing about it and I the customer have to contact Debenhams. Very disappointed with HERMES contact center and although the lncident was reported I was informed Debenhams would contact me in 2 days and haven't. Website customer unfriendly going around in circles not reading what is written or answering questions. Very frustrating. I would like my item returned and all the delivery charges for each item arriving separately. Don't advertise for discounts when each item ends up being sent individually charging the customer more money. I have not had an issue before as all items have always been delivered as one package. I don't know why the last order was different. I was in the process of making another order for £300 but have not gone ahead due to my dissatisfaction. I would be happy to buy items from your store but do not trust to have items delivered.
