On Sunday the 6th of January 2019 I bought the Groupon for Crossiron Mills Calgary Alberta Sbarro. When I went to redeem the coupon the cashier sitting on the cash till commented in Hindi (Indian language) in a sarcastic way that " There you go one more came with the coupon".He asked me to take the Pizza which was already baked and on top of that pizza, he had some old slice and the toppings had tomatoes which I don't like. I asked him to make a pizza according to my selected toppings which he made. The offer had two orders of garlic bread and the employee told us that he put the garlic bread with pizza. When we came home there was no garlic bread and the pizza was not baked properly, it felt like eating raw dough and cheese. This was the worst experience I had with this location. Never again will go to this place ever. Hope the head office will follow up with this location.
