My complaint is that I disconnected on the 10th of March and I was charged for the full month for an amount of 89.99. I called the customer service for a partial refund and I was told that my money cannot be refunded to me because even if you disconnect on the 1st of the month you are charged for the whole month. This is fraud. User's recommendation: Do not sign up with Optimum.
