Inaccessible Customer Service

We have used this company for a few years and the few times we needed to speak with customer service (i.e., trash or recycling didn't get picked up as scheduled), we were on hold typically 15-30 minutes. Now, I'm trying to cancel our service, because we moved, and today was my 3rd time in the past couple of weeks trying to reach someone to cancel service. I've been on hold for 12 minutes so far. The prior times I gave up after 30 minutes on hold the first attempt and 20 minutes on hold the second attempt.
