INABILITY TO VIEW STATEMENTS

EVER SINCE CITIBANK UPDATED THEIR CITIBANK.COM PAGE, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO VIEW MY STATEMENTS AND SEE WHAT CHARGES I MADE, OR WHAT I WAS CHARGED IN INTEREST FOR THAT SPECIFIC MONTH. HAS BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING. CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECH SUPPORT CANNOT HELP. AS THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE UPDATED WEBPAGE. User's recommendation: COMPLAIN TO COMPANY ABOUT THIS ISSUE SINCE I'M NOT ALONE IN THIS COMPLAINT. CUSTOMERS, OTHER THANMYSELFARE COMPLAINING. IF ENOUGH PPL COMPLAIN CITIBANK MAY REVERT TO THEIR OLD, USERFRIENDLY WEBPAGE.
