Inability to speak w/ customer service, in person OR on phone
Customer Service counters CLOSED w/ sign posted! Unable to contact by phone, as well, although automated system wastes MY time transferring my callswhich are NOT answered! Also tried asking for a Store Manager, which your automated system identified as a request for customer service...thereby wasting more of my time waiting for a non-existent customer service/store manager to answer!! Will be calling CEO Karets Office in PA tomorrow to discuss!! User's recommendation: Call Corporate Office to vent...
