You can go on-line to "save time" (as they put it) and fill out their forms, as I did, but just try to get confirmation or anyone to talk with on "chat". My estimated wait time was an hour-and-a-half. I then called their "contact" phone number and was told "We are experiencing an unusually high call volume" Bet you never heard THAT one before. They said I could just hang up and my number would be dialed back by a helpful facilitator. They never called back. You have only to look at the plentiful reviews of this place available on-line to see that they consistently live down to their reputation. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time with them.
