We have had problems with Margaret Kodric from the beginning. Originally, we found her at a wedding show and chose her because she was nice and personable. But she quickly showed us another side of her. Because we liked her at first, we signed a contract and were stuck. (Also paid a deposit). Our first impression of her was at our engagement photo shoot. She showed up almost an hour late because of 'traffic'. She also kept mixing up details beforehand of when and where the engagement shoot was supposed to be. She is very flaky and has no concept of time. She has told us, "it'll take x amount of time for me to upload your photos" and we wouldn't hear back from her for weeks. We had to constantly call and email. She didn't respond to any of my emails, and when I confronted her about not responding, she suggested it must be my hotmail account that is having problems. The night before our wedding, she made me break down in tears. In our package, it was promised to us that we would get a digital photo album that our guests can sign at the wedding. She emailed me (not called) THE NIGHT BEFORE our wedding (at about 11 pm when we were running around and getting everything done) saying that she had no guest book for us because I 'forgot to tell her which pictures I wanted in the book' even though I emailed and confirmed with her weeks ago which photos I wanted. She told me she would replace it with a picture of us our guests can sign. But it wasn't the same. I wanted our guests to be able to flip through and see our engagement photos. I lost it. The morning of the wedding, I was upset but I smiled for the camera and did as she told. She was very bossy toward my bridesmaids. She kept asking them to hold up towels to block the sun. They were treated as her assistants. When we were taking all our photos before the wedding, she kept forgetting names of the family members in the wedding party. She also kept excluding my brother in law. After the wedding, we did our photo album. Again, I sent her all the photos I wanted in the album. She emailed and confirmed. WEEKS went by and she still hadn't contacted us. We called and she claimed she never got the photos and that (again) I must have a problem with my hotmail. I quickly shut that claim down when I went into my hotmail, and forwarded her the email that had all the pictures, plus her saying OK I will start working on it. At that point I called her out for it and told her she was unprofessional and unreliable. She told us it would take 3 weeks to do the album. We messaged her months later and it still wasn't ready. Finally she messaged us and we got it. Not even close to 3 weeks. We also showed up to her house multiple times for meetings, and she was always late. I am glad we are done with her and I would never recommend her to anyone. Her assistant on the other hand, Kevin, was amazing and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
