We actually had a court hearing recently regarding our cancellation within the 3 day Florida right to rescind law on 24 July 2018. Currently we are waiting for ththe judges final decision and court order - he advised us during the hearing that he would need 30 days to render his decision. Time will tell.... Thank you for the follow up! Please reply again in 2-3 weeks, we will have a final decision by then and I will be happy to share the decision with you! Original review posted by user Jul 05, 2018 This worthless company paid a subsidiary company, Florida Water Analysis before checking with the credit holders that everything was in order. The actual sale was canceled for *** products and service. They've ruined 2 peoples credit ratings along with filings from sister company Connexus Credit Union both of whom have been filing negative reports for the full amount to BOTH cosigners on a loan that was canceled WELL within the right to rescind to law in the state of FLORIDA. We'll be in court on 24 July 2018 to fight this *** and prove that it was cancelled and then they'll be forces ro fix this *** with our credit reports - rotten ***
