In awaiting my green sofa bed,!!!!!

I received emails on the 20th of july 2021, to say please arrange a delivery for the 29th July today. Was all going to plan for delivery today had a time slot for13.24 - 15.24 today I received notification last night. And at 7am it was all cancelled. When will I received my sofa bed green. I came back from England early so I'll be here today and I've moved a fish tank so delivery people could have a clear access to living room along with both hallways. Kind regards Norma Johnston
