SO I went to an interview for Petro Serve USA and in the middle of the interview they asked if anything would be found on my background when I was honest and said yes they told me that they do not hire anyone with a felony across the board because they don't like the stigma that it puts on their business. SO about 3 questions into the interview I was told that I had no business even applying for jobs in the area and that the 1 mistake makes me a bad person. I told them how is a person suppose to better themselves if no one is willing to give them a chance to prove that they are a good person that made a mistake.
