Was trying to clean the fan on the inside for the first time and blades broke off. There is no way to disassemble this unit to do it right, so I was sticking a brush inside through an intake vent on the side and about 5 of the plastic pieces of the inner drum broke off. Every time I try to call them they are closed, so how do I get through to them? User's recommendation: Morning calls only.
