Imposibel to contact the airline by telephone!

I am based in the UK and it is impossible to get contact China Eastern by telephone as some of their numbers are no longer in operation or if other numbers are answered they are cut off. One American number has a recorded message stating the office hours, yet I have been calling during office hours. How can I contact this airline which appears to have cancelled one leg of my journey?
