I ordered an iPhone 7 yesterday and chose for the delivery to be next day. This morning I saw that my order was cancelled and my money had not yet been deposited back to my account. I chatted online with one of your rude and unhelpful agents who told me my order was cancelled internally. I asked why and they replied that the billing address doesnt match the shipping address. WHY WOULD YOU GIVE THE OPTION TO HAVE A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS FROM THE SHIPPING IF YOU WERE GOING TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I am now without a phone and without money to purchase a new one therefore I need my money refunded and credited to my account immediately. I am going to write a review how this company continues to steal, lie, and be deceitful in there business practices. User's recommendation: Boycott the company, their employees are not helpful and at the most rude, and they steal.
