I’m stuck owing $$ on crap

I bought a dining room table less than a year ago. I need warranty work done and can't find any avenue to make that happen. I find it unreasonable that Wickes customers have no recourse other than to continue paying for faulty merchandise and defunct warranties. If any avenue of resolution is ever found I would definitely like to know and participate.
