Our trip number is 412********. Flight to Las Vegas on Boutique Air from SMF to LAS with a stop in Merced, CA was cancelled by Boutique Air. It appears now that we were charged twice for this flight. We should be receiving a complete refund (NO charges) since your carrier cancelled the flight. I have attempted to call multiple times to no avail. When I have gotten a call back, ive spoken with an agent who puts me on hold and then disconnects the call. This is infuriating beyond belief and I want results.
