Im not getting answerd its been 3day now

I'm locked out of my account and it's really starting to *** me off because now that means I'm not getting my points and I don't understand why I'm locked out of my account is asking me a test question I know the answer to it but it keeps telling me iv also been on hold for over an hour this is *** and I've been hung up on twice i think ill have to some one higher up User's recommendation: I may have to not recommend that they use this app it seems to be hard to get thu to your customers service reps.
