I’m having trouble with my order I need to talk to someone ASAP

My name is Kenya chandler and I had ordered me and son some clothes and shoes from you all on March 6 but its still say processing but when I went to app its saying repurchase but I had got a email from yall saying yall received my payment which was 160.46and then I get a new email from you all this morning saying I have a new order that is due with the same order number #202103****2016 and its saying amount of 182.65 is due and havent been paid I been trying to get in touch with you all all day so I can get some understanding and get that other Order canceled thats 182.65 cause I only made one purchase and that was 160.46 so give me call @ 501-502-**** or email me kenyachandler1129@***.com
