I’m disposing of my Pfaltzgraff. Dishes will chip if you look at them crooked

When I thought of Pfaltzgraff I used to think of status. They are a disappointment. Impossible to know exactly what caused the chipping and I mean chipping plural. 1 day it will be 1 chip and suddenly 3 and 4 chips on the rim of 1 cup. All cups and bowls have chips and I don't use them solely. Held onto them purely being frugal. I mix them with a more durable brand, my 20 year old porcelaine. None of them chip and are better in the microwave. Honestly replaced them Pfaltzgraff tonight with Hotel brand porcelaine. Not sure Goodwill will even want them. User's recommendation: Pfaltzgraff is a waste of money. Not quite as durable as Ironstone from mikasa in the 80's and that was not durable at all.
