Original review updated by user Apr 14, 2021 I have purchased 3 magnification makeup mirrors with different issues. One the *** is broken (cheap plastic construction) The second will not illuminate even after changing bulbs. I have a third same brand same mirror that is 15+ years old and have not had a minutes trouble. I would respectfully request *** replacement for the first and full item exchange for the second. I have the boxes. Btw Im NOT pissed. Sincerely, Valued customer TB
