Santa Barbara Supplements said they would give me a refund on a product I couldn't use. They wrote that they "wanted to resolve this quickly" and I didn't need to send the product back. I did send it back because I thought that they should know that I wasn't going to use it, I couldn't use it. I never got a refund and I never got a response after many inquiries to Santa Barbara Supplements. Even the Better Business Bureau couldn't get a response. They are on ebay and Amazon.com and I'll never buy anything from them again.
