Dear sir/madam, My UK visa was refused about 3 months ago and I have not yet received IHS refund I am due to be paid. I had already contacted to UK IHS Home Office and I was told my IHS refund has already been returned on 16th of March 2021. I was also given ARN code and told to contact the bank (Prabhu Bank Limited, Nepal). The payment was made through Worldpay. I contacted the bank, but they told me the refund has still not arrived. I also gave them the ARN code, but the bank is not able to locate the fund nor the transaction so I have not received the IHS refund even after 2 months. The bank has not received refund from Worldpay. So, I want to request to please look what is happening and help me get this sort out as soon as possible. My wife also has not received the refund. I have also sent the IHS payment confirmation email from Worldpay and email from UK home office Thank you for your time.
