Ignored For Half A Year After Paying $70+

Any fans of Harry Potter universe has always wanted their own wands, right? Well the first website to come up will be Magical Alley Master WandMakers, and at first glance this is an awesome website. And I understand that they are a home run business, so being busy and taking time to make the wands (with your choice of core might I add) will take a good chunk of time. But if the customer asks maybe five or six months down the line about the status of their wand(s) and get no answer, that customer will get worried then probably upset. If you can sit down and play on social media and work on new products for the website and even remodel the website and do cosmetic changes to the website, you can sit your *** down and message your customers. It should not take a customer going to all social media and even review websites talking about the *** experience they had to get your attention. All I needed was a message saying you got you got any of my multiple emails and I would still be a happy little customer. But I'm pissed and you won't even give me my refund. Maybe there is a reason you don't have reviews activated on your social media...
