I need a new drain plug gasket for my Igloo 55qt Sportsman cooler, I looked everywhere on line and was unable to locate one. I contacted Igloo Customer Service and after 45 Minutes on hold I was told sorry, we don't sell that part! It would seem to me that the drain plug / gasket would be the one thing that they would make available since it is the one thing that is most likely to need replacement. User's recommendation: They don't support the products that they sell, why on earth should you waste your hard earned money on a product that is likely to become useless for want of a simple gasket!
