The IFIT membership is horrible! Won't purchase any product that has IFIT integration going forward. After purchasing an expensive treadmill (1k), it would not START unless I activated a IFIT membership, which was not seamless/easy. The treadmill came with a trial membership which I used. There was no way to cancel this membership. The website indicates is shows up under subscriptions for iOS devices. My IFIT membership never displayed that and it led to my card being charged. Of course IFIT indicated that can not refund or do anything about it. When I logged on to the website, there isn't a way to cancel the membership there either. The whole thing is a POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Would not use or recommend. The User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE.
