If you hate Terminix dont hire these guys.

The owners used to work for Terminix and they run their business just like Terminix. High Country has a very high employee turnover rate. I worked there for less than 6 months. It caused me and my family so much stress that I quit because all I did was work work work and my family is much more important than their bottom dollar. I noticed that the owners do in fact pass a lot of THEIR expenses along to the employees which is just wrong. They charged me too for a uniform fee of 65 dollars a month PLUS another 60 dollars for the use of a COMPANY phone, AND a "direct deposit" fee EVERY payday (I had never heard of that until I worked there and I am going to talk to the labor board about that to see IF that is even legal). They make you pay that fee and you have no choice in the matter...so I had to pay that fee in order to get MY wages? I cant just "do a tax deduction" either. The salary they pay is about 1200 a month then deduct taxes and uniform fees...hmmmn? Just one route is bringing them in about 1200 per DAY times about 6 or 7 routes...(you do the math) and, like the prior poster said, they refuse to offer ANY benefits to the employees. NO health, dental, 401k, NOTHING. My advice to the owners is that it is generally NOT very professional nor is it a good or very smart idea to drink alcohol at company "parties" in front of your employees. It is also very tacky to wear jeans to work.
